Obvious, I don't want to put fired in the box. I would rather not put to be discussed because who wants to discuss that! So what is the best thing to put for reason for leaving if you are fired. I don't to be found a liar, and write, needed a change. They just end the interview once they find out, if they even give me one.

Some have tamperproof switches installed in them. Why would you want to take it down and risk your safety. It is going off for no reason contact building maintenance to replace it.
