Question:

Facebook with a internet blocking system at school?

My school has a block on the internet to prevent kids from going to myspace and face book and I was just wondering if there are any links that can get around the blocker cause I went to imo.im (website) to i-m people but it wouldnt let me go on. Then I went to google and typed in imo.im messenger and i clicked on the link and it took me to the site.

Answer:

Replacement of a screen door, drip pans and light bulbs do not have to be depreciated at all. Actually, I have successfully charged for light bulbs a few times in very specific situations. One tenant removed every light bulb in the apartment, the other left all burnt out bulbs - over 25 per apartment. I have never charged for a few or random burned out bulbs. The tenant is responsible for replacing light bulbs. I rent apartments will all working light bulbs and expect the same in return. Grease build up, mildew in the shower and stickers on the windows are not normal wear and tear. All should be cleaned/removed prior to move out. If the landlord can provide evidence proving that there were damages and provides the bills in court, she wins. If you can prove that the damages did not exist, you win. Videos are good, but generally tenants do not zoom in or focus on the specifics.
Tanks flatter bigger busts, as do t-shirts with plunging v-necks. Low or medium low necklines are good. Definitely stay figure hugging as thats a great shape to show off, stay away from baggy clothes or you could end up looking frumpy. FLowing or clingy fabrics are good, and if you're going for a skirt make sure it has a fitted waist ;) You're lucky. Hourglass girls completely do it for me ;)
